Dr. Mosley has shared his best and easiest weight loss tips – easy because they require thin people to make only simple lifestyle changes.

One important tip is to increase your intake of one type of food, according to the nutrition expert.

He explained, “It’s really important to have a decent amount of protein, which is 50-70 grams a day.

“You can mainly get protein from meat or fish, and you can get protein from legumes as well, but you have to eat a bit more, so following the Fast 800 with a vegetarian diet is more difficult.

Other protein-rich foods include lean meats such as beef, lamb, and pork, poultry, dairy products such as milk, yogurt, and cheese, and nuts, beans, and lentils.

These include chickpeas, split peas, and tofu.

Some grain and grain-based products are also sources of protein, but these are generally not as high in protein as meat and meat products.

As Dr. Mosley mentioned, high-protein foods are digested more slowly by the body, which means they make lean people feel full longer, leading to weight loss.

“While the idea of ​​cheese giving you nightmares is a complete and utter myth, it’s obviously going to be kind of a high calorie load late at night.

“And we know that the fat and sugar that you eat later at night, it hangs around in your system for much, much longer because your body is just shut down for the night.

“Your digestive process is going to shut down, and it really won’t appreciate that late-night snack.”

However, Dr Mosley stressed that “the key is to try and limit alcohol and caffeine late at night, as both are likely to keep you awake”.

He added: “People use alcohol to fall asleep, but the reality is that it will lead to fragmented sleep and you will wake up a lot more during the night, which is very clear.

“A nice cup of chamomile tea or possibly a cup of ginger tea is probably the best bet at night.”
