Tess Daly Diet: Strictly Come Dancing Host Feels “Healthier” After Eating High-Fiber Meals
Tess Daly has an enviable physique which she maintains by following a healthy lifestyle. Regularly sharing snaps of her meals and snacks on social media, the TV star often tells her subscribers what she is eating.
The Strictly Come Dancing host gave her fans a taste of her diet earlier this year as she promoted Activia’s 14 Day Challenge on Instagram.
She wrote: “Not only did I eat @activiauk, but I also set aside a little time each day to pay attention to my instincts; whether it’s slowing down, exercising or taking the time to cook a delicious meal rich in fiber.
“Taking a few moments in my day to love my gut has really helped me feel happier and healthier… I highly recommend it!
“Taking care of yourself also helps develop a positive mindset, which is so helpful right now. Hope you enjoyed it as much as I did.

“Too good for words,” said Paul Lister.
The TV star also previously shared a glimpse of her diet.
She told fans on Instagram, “I find that making smoothies with healthy ingredients and eating healthy in front of the kids really encourages them to look for the good stuff too and it keeps them from asking for chocolate.
“It’s good for me because my energy doesn’t collapse afterwards, and I don’t look for sweet stuff to get me back.”
According to Healthline, it can also help with weight loss.
This is because it tends to be high in vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, and nuts.
These foods are high in fiber and may contain fewer calories, fat, and protein than foods of animal origin.
The 52-year-old also told Women’s Health that she avoids eating refined carbohydrates.
She said, “If I eat refined carbohydrates or foods that have the potential to bloat, I notice baby’s pouch again.
“It’s never as flat as it used to be, unless you are Gwyneth Paltrow and spend your whole life dedicated to the cause.”
