Surrey Spice Trail features a guide and a map of world food


Discovering one of Metro Vancouver’s most vibrant communities has never been easier. A new self-guided food tour has been created to help curious foodies through Surrey’s six neighborhoods, opening the door to delicacies spanning many cuisines and flavors.

the Surrey Spice Trail was created by the Surrey tourist board, Discover Surrey, with the aim of helping locals and visitors to know where to go to eat in the large and diverse municipality.

The map is divided into six regions: Cloverdale; Fleetwood; Guildford; Newton; North Surrey; and South Surrey.

You can also create your own “Spice Trail” map and list it by style (like “South Asian street food” for example), by ethnicity or by food preferences (ie vegetarian. ).

Surrey’s Spice Trail features over 30 restaurants, cafes and retail stores, all keen to show off their specialties.

Use the Spice Trail maps to take you to South Indian dishes like dosa, Nepalese dumplings or Jamaican patties and oxtail stew.
