Room Forty announces baking classes in Warrington
Award-winning bakers Room Forty have announced their latest baking class program in Warrington.
Budding bakers can try their hand at making croissants, pain au chocolat and Viennese swirls in their classroom on Saturday 23 October at Lymm Parish Hall.
And if guests want to learn how to cook mini stollen and natale cantuccini (Christmas biscotti) both of which make great gifts to share during the holiday season, they can do so during Christmas classes at the Church Hall of Lymm on November 21.
They would work with the bakers who helped Room Forty be named Mobile Bakery School of the Year at the Manchester and North West Prestige Awards and they also won the Best Baking Workshop Provider award at the 2019 Northern Enterprise Awards.
Jen Perry, Owner of Room Forty, said, “We are very happy to be returning to our hands-on lessons.
“We are especially excited to announce what will become a new regular class teaching how to make croissants and pain au chocolat and so excited about our Christmas classes which are always great fun.”
A spokesperson said Room Forty said, “Everyone should learn the addictive skill of baking their own bread. We love to show people that it’s easier and more fun than you might think. Why not buy a course voucher for a loved one and let them choose theirs? ”
Classes start at £ 65, which includes the cost of all ingredients, sample bread and snacks to eat, and copious amounts of tea and coffee.
Participants also leave with recipes and the breads they bake.
