New food and beverage leadership at Hilton Hawaiian Village : Travel Weekly

The Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort recently welcomed two new members to its restaurant management team.

Nicholas Kabetso is the property’s new food and beverage director, and Marcus Torrey has been named beverage director.

This is Kabetso’s second time at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. He previously served as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager from 2017-2019. He most recently worked at the Westin Anaheim Resort as Food and Beverage Manager and his previous stops include Food and Beverage Manager at Foxwoods Resort and Casino in Ledyard, Conn. ., and as director of beverages at the Monte Carlo Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.

Torrey has over a decade of experience in the food and beverage departments, most recently as Assistant Beverage Manager at MGM Springfield in Massachusetts after serving as Director of Beverage Operations at Star Casino Sydney and General Manager. from Whiskey Down to the MGM Grand. , Las Vegas.

The Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort has more than 2,800 rooms in five towers and 18 restaurants, lounges and bars.
