Health benefits of ghee:
Nutritionist Lovneet Batra states that ghee is a stereotypical component of our mithai. Apart from being a great ingredient in the cooking world, it also works as an important fat that helps our body assimilate “essential vitamins like A, D and E, which are needed to protect bones, immune functions and the skin”. And these factors work together to keep us healthy, fit and fit.

How to make ghee at home:
Now that you are well aware of the benefits, we suggest you make ghee at home and enjoy it. Let’s find the recipe below.
All you have to do is boil the milk and let it cool for at least four hours. Then when you get a thick malai, scrape it off and keep it aside (in the fridge). Continue this process for almost a week.
Now add water in the malai and whisk well until a foam floats. Separate the foam and heat it over low heat in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Boil until the fat separates into clarified ghee. Filter and keep in a container and use whenever you want.
