Fudge Vegan Brownies
Baker and food blogger Sarah Crawford shared the recipe for these delicious chocolate brownies and they also happen to be sugar and gluten free. For this dish, you would need the following ingredients: 1½ cups toasted walnuts, 2½ cups pitted dates, 1 cup cocoa powder, 1 cup almond flour, 3 tbsp almond syrup, maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp espresso powder, chopped bittersweet chocolate and 1 cup coconut cream.

Start by mashing the nuts, add the dates and mash. Add the cocoa powder, almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt and espresso powder and mix the ingredients together until completely blended.
Transfer the batter to your cake tin. Place in the fridge to chill for at least an hour. Once cooled, add your chocolate ganache which will be prepared in a small saucepan over low heat.
Heat the coconut cream and add the chopped chocolate. Let the mixture stand for five minutes, then stir with a whisk. Once at room temperature, apply the chocolate ganache to your set brownie.
Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie
This is a huge chocolate cookie that comes with fudgy bites and loaded with chocolate chips. Serve it hot, making the gooey bite even more indulgent than the last. For this recipe you will need the following ingredients: Unsalted butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, espresso powder, all purpose flour, baking soda, salt and chocolate.

This is a rich, gooey, chocolatey dessert that could be the star of your chocolate day. The ingredients for this dish include cream cheese, one egg, a quarter cup of granulated sugar, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, a half cup of butter, two eggs plus a yolk, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, bittersweet chocolate, three quarters of a cup of all-purpose flour and a fourth cup of cocoa powder, half a teaspoon of salt.
Double chocolate banana muffins
This is a healthier and tastier version of the basic muffins. For this recipe you would need butter, granulated sugar, eggs, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, chocolate chips.
To make this recipe, preheat the oven to 218°C grease standard-size muffin pans and line them with cupcake pans. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, mashed bananas and granulated sugar, mixing until combined. Add the egg and mix well, scrape the bowl and add the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract mixture to combine, add the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Stir in chocolate chips, mixing only until just combined. Pour batter into prepared muffin tins. Bake for five minutes at 218°C, then lower the oven to 190°C and continue baking for another 15 minutes, until the muffins are golden brown and come back to the touch.
