Bake Off: Professional finalists serve bottomless afternoon teas from their Cardiff bakery
You might know them from Bake Off: The Professionals, but now, ahead of Tuesday’s finale, Gin & Bake has announced that they’re starting a Bottomless Prosecco Afternoon Tea.
Customers can book into their Cardiff Bay Live Bakery every Thursday, Friday or Saturday for 90 minutes of bottomless prosecco and sweet and savory treats.

Michael Coggan, who leads the pastry team and recipe development at Gin & Bake, and Andrew Minto, who works with Michael as a pastry chef, just qualified for the final of Bakeoff: The Professionals, beating nine others. pastry teams on the way. You can read more about the bakers here.
This week in the semi-final the baking duo had to create petit fours and a picnic scene with a teddy bear, using lots of chocolate to advance to the final.
Different time slots are available throughout the designated days at 11 a.m., 1 p.m. or 3 p.m. with afternoon tea lasting 90 minutes.
Meanwhile, patrons are served unlimited prosecco and a classic afternoon tea from the pastry chefs and bakers at Mermaid Quay Bakery.
